Delivery takes approx 2 weeks pending US customs. If an email address is given when orders are placed, they will be sent the tracking number when the order leaves the factory. All orders are shipped insured and will require a signature to verify receipt of order. Orders normally shipped Canada Post within Canada and internationally, UPS to the USA. If you email us with your mailing address and the number and type of knives you wish to purchase, we can get a more exact shipping cost for you. Our main shipping company no longer handles small packages forcing us to courier all orders! We realize the shipping charge for our knives seems expensive if you purchase them one at a time. Please consider purchasing more than one knife to defray the shipping cost over many knives. If you are looking at our outdoor knives, please consider our kitchen knives which are just as high quality. If you are looking at kitchen knives, consider a set of knives to use as high quality presents or to complete your kitchen complement.

Every order leaving the Grohmann factory is insured against loss and theft. Therefore, each order delivered requires a signature of a person at the destination. We are unable to "leave it on the porch". Can you have a neighbor or a relative, or work associate sign for the parcel? If this is a problem please discuss it with us and we will endeavor to find a way.

Please note: If you do not receive your purchase within a reasonable amount of time (more than 20 days) please contact us. We are unable to trace orders if more than 6 months has elapsed. If the order is not traceable our insurer will not honor a payment.

If you require next-day shipping, an extra courier fee will be applied at your request, make note of that request in the notes section of the order form.
