For warranty issues, returns are to be shipped directly to the
manufacturer as per Lifetime Limited Warranty Sheet sold with each
item (address is on warranty sheet).
For non-warranty issues, returns must be pre-approved and require
a Return Authorization Number, To receive this number please
call or e-mail us before returning a parcel.
Returns coming from the USA/International must be marked clearly
on the outside "CANADIAN GOODS BEING RETURNED TO CANADA" .We
recommend you ship back the parcel insured & get the
receipt/tracking number for your own safety as we are not
responsible for lost/stolen return items. Be sure to wrap items
securely; damaged or used items will not be refunded.
Items should be sent back using the original packaging. Our
refund policy includes only the purchase price, the shipping charge
you paid on the original order is not refundable.
